The Reading Evaluation And Development Clinic The Clinic provides one-on-one tutoring for children and youth who are experiencing significant difficulty learning to read. Reading instruction is designed to address each individual's strengths and to meet his/her specific needs in the areas of word recognition, word identification, word meaning, fluency, and comprehension.
